We enjoy a great relationship with our couriers which allows us to offer our customers extremely competitive shipping rates Europe wide. When placing your order, or setting up your account for the first time, make sure that you speak to your account manager about the best shipping options for you.
We do our best to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all orders, with orders placed before 2pm receiving same day delivery (providing the items are in stock). We pride ourselves on our delivery network, which allows us to get your products to you with the minimum of fuss.

Returns & Replacements
In the unfortunate circumstance that your purchase a faulty good from us, we have streamlined procedures in place to ensure as smooth a process as possible. Faulty products must go through our RMA procedure as described below, and must be returned with a PO number, RMA number and WITHIN the manufacturer's stated warranty period.
- Complete RMA Application form which can be found under 'Application Forms' above.
- Once your form is submitted you will be issued with an RMA number, which must be included with ALL faulty products returned to us..
- All returned equipment will be tested on site by our product department, who will then contact you regarding a credit/refund.
- Please note that in some cases a restocking fee of 15% will be charged
Thanks to our new website, customers can now order stock, track shipments and manage their accounts through our online portal.
