Devices, accessories and other products received without going through the RMA process will be immediately returned to the sender without being processed. This procedure is in place to ensure the best possible service for our customers.
ALL faulty products must be returned complete with RMA number. Please note that in some cases a restocking fee of 15% will be charged.
